RETURNS
1 The customer has up to 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it to ask for a
refund or replacement
2 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in same condition that you received it. It must
be in the original packaging.
3. We do not accept return from a third party distributor
4. Any items that are used or improperly handled or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible
to be returned.
5. Christmas returned not received by the 22nd of Dec. will not be approved or accepted after Christmas
REFUND
1. Once we receive the item. We will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item and
also the status of the returned item
2. The item needs to have receipt or proof of purchase
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a payment within 2 weeks
4. Customer will be responsible for their own shipping cost for the return of their item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from it.
